Hey guys I've just watch something and I tried it and it is really helpful it helps me to loss a 20 kg for three weeks but you need to exercise so it can be more effective.
I exercise every morning with some yoga exercises.

There are a lot of ways to lose your weight just do exercise everyday then you will loose some excess weight of your body. Sports like basketball can also loose your weight by doing this sport everyday.

I agree with you. There are many ways to lose weight and it depends on people to choose which exercise they probably like to do to lose weight. Daily exercise will be very helpful to lose weight.

Wow! Twenty kilograms in three weeks is huge. Good job! I think it depends the person's work also and needs that he or she will be able to decide what workout and diet to choose.

Your video is a commercial, I don't believe in things that will make you lose weight so fast especially an exotic fruit.

I haven't really tried yoga before but a friend of mine did and he looks amazing now. He told me that it was due to the stretching exercises, they don't use weights but the stretching tones the muscles and develops it.
