Ingredients

    (2-ounce) can oil-packed anchovy fillets, drained

    garlic, coarsely chopped

  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
For the dressing:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently.
  2. Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir gently until well coated.
  4. Chill for half an hour if possible to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve cold.
NOTES
Approx nutrition info per serving: 182 calories, 14g fat, 2g net carbs, 13g protein

Oh it's look delicious but I'm really sorry because I have allergy in shrimp. But I would love to recommend this to my Mom she loves seefoods. Thank you for sharing this.

A good and refreshing recipe for salad is the tomatoes salad, you put tomatoes, olives, onion, a little cheese, boiled chicken meat and a few drops of olive oil and vinegar.

Ah yes, I'm also doing this Recipe. It's easy and nutritious. Besides ingredients are easy to find. Mostly are in my frigde. I usually eat this at breakfast.
