I have tried the Tuna salad sandwich. It was really delicious I just don't sure if spicy tuna is good but it's taste delicious. I bought wheat bread, a low calorie cheese, spicy tuna, lettuce and low fat mayonnaise. I just only eat 2 slices of sandwich with the salad dress for the whole day but I cut it by two so it serves as my lunch and dinner. In the morning I just drink fruit shake with low fat milk with no sugar and a lot of water for the whole day.
