PSMF Snacks


We love jerky and miso soup in this house. Miso soup in particular has loads of health benefits, and certain instant ones are still very nutritionally sound but just so much quicker and easier to prepare. I think that's one of the most important things - having snacks on hand that aren't going to take you a ton of time to prepare. Convenience is key!


Seaweeds and Kim Chi is always in our frigde. My Mom always makes Kim chi. It's a very good side dish every meal. And we all love it. My favorite lunch actually is chicken curry with seeweed toppings. That's why I hardly get away with those snacks. They taste really good. My mom is good in making Kim chi. In this article, I've learn that brushing my teeth is one remedy when I can't stop eating. I'll be doing it.
