Based on what have i read in some articles and researchs it that the best source of protein whan an individual is doing a diet is egg whites and chicken breast because these sources of protein have less fat content which can help reduce fats in the body. Consuming atleast 3-4 egg whites every meal and 3 regular size of steamed chicken breast a day is more than enough to meet the calories needed by the body in a single day. These diet must be always accompanied by regular exercise in order to see the best results.

I eat mostly eggs on psfm because they are the cheapest source of protein.I can have two whole eggs with a couple of egg whites to up my protein content. I also prefer to have beef to chicken or fish because I feel more satisfied. As you well known it is really important to feel this way on a diet, so you can be able to maintain it. If you're always hungry you will still have cravings and keep reaching for the cookies, sneakers and mars.When I really want to loose weight I have only steak and eggs and the results, Amazing.

I really like the eggs and tuna, I love to eat this if I have time cook it in the morning. I will just simply mixed it and fried it.
 
I'm having egg and the chicken (nonskin) I'm being fan of chicken meat than the other type of meat. Because of this forum I discover the foods where I can be more healthy unlike before that I just what I can eat without thinking what benefits it will give me.

I eat more chicken than pork and beef but I do love to eat bacon and eggs. Shrimps, Crabs and Tuna are also my protein sources. I do like to snack on Tuna mayo sandwiches and BLT's.
