I eat mostly eggs on psfm because they are the cheapest source of protein.I can have two whole eggs with a couple of egg whites to up my protein content. I also prefer to have beef to chicken or fish because I feel more satisfied. As you well known it is really important to feel this way on a diet, so you can be able to maintain it. If you're always hungry you will still have cravings and keep reaching for the cookies, sneakers and mars.When I really want to loose weight I have only steak and eggs and the results, Amazing.
