Long story short, lost a LOT of weight a long while back now, none exercise. Now I am full on diabetic and work at home. Movement is important and I happen to have access to a pool. So I have been swimming daily the past year. Giving that up is tough partially due to it being one of the reasons I moved here, and knowing how beneficial it is for me. I have cut back, but when I count my calorie intake am I taking the swimming into account? Ex 1300 in, 500 burned = 800?
