Hi everyone! While on this diet, I have created a lot of pretty good meals, so I thought I would share. I am not listing specific recipes, but you could easily find them on google! They broke up the boring meals I thought I would be making the whole time on this diet! Let me know if you have questions :)

Main dishes:
- Parmesan herb crusted chicken (personal favorite)
- lobster cauliflower mashed potatoes
- spinach and tofutti cream cheese stuffed chicken
- taco meat, tomato sauce, and zoodles
- Parmesan halibut
- grilled “naked chicken chalupas”
- pan-seared salmon
- shrimp scampi with zoodles
- zucchini planks with tomato sauce and ground beef topped with fat-free cheese (like lasagna)
- cauliflower crust, tomato sauce, and chicken “pan pizza”

Sides:
- buffalo cauliflower
- Parmesan Brussels sprouts
- maple Brussels sprouts
- cauliflower Mexican rice
- zucchini coated in spray butter and onion salt, garlic powder, and cayenne

This looks great. But I'm not really a good cook. Anyway, I can just share your recipe with my mom.She loves to cook. Thanks for sharing.

I'm trying to incorporate more fish and the Parmesan Halibut sounds phenomenal! Love that you found so many ways to branch out with new meals!

I love the cauliflower mashed potatoes. In my opinion it is better then the potatoes mashed .Once you eat the potatoes mashed especially when your body is not used to having carbs you really do feel like throwing up. Cauliflower mashed is perfect especially when you add butter. It is tasty and light on the stomach. I like to have it with a beef or chicken stew or with mince chicken or turkey. Amazing receipe, if you do your research you can find some brilliant healthy recipes.
