how to use apple cider vinegar

hey guys i want to ask you guys, How many days, weeks or months do i need to take apple cider vinegar. Someone there how to use this product, I need your help guys.
Is this apple cider vinegar effective. who had experience this product, how was it?. Thank you guys for answering.

The apple cider vinegar is effective, you can take it every morning but you should not take the abuse of using it because it also has some side effects, it may cause unpleasant digestive symptoms or bone loss.

My friends tried apple cider with lukewarm water in an empty stomach every day. They said it reduced their food cravings, thus making them lose weight. It has also health benefits.

Try it before eating anything in the morning.

With 1 glass luke warm water put 1 tablespoon of ACV in the water, after that take 1 tablespoon of honey if you like it is very healthy.
You can also add lemon in your water bottle or every time you drink water try adding lemon. In my water bottle I cut half of lemon into thin part and leave the lemon for like 3 days or until there's no more taste of the lemon.

Adding honey will make it taste more pleasant and you would want it. And also adding lemon to plain water will boost your metabolism and decrease cravings.

I also love to add some cinnamon (¼ teaspoon) and a teaspoon of ground ginger in my ACV detox drink, which can help cleanse my body and make me feel rejuvenated.

My dad used to try apple cider vinegar. He just put it in his water and drink it once a day. I think it is a very effective detoxifying drink.

I have heard the benefits of apple cider vinegar touted around for the last decade. I don't really doubt them but I worry.Vinegar sounds acidic to me. If you keep drinking it I think(in my own humble opinion) that this will disturb the balance of acidity in your body. From someone who has had hyper acidity, I really will not move next to the stuff. People say it helps in weight loss amongst other things, I must admit that I'm a bit skeptical about the benefits of apple cider vinegar.

I can't drink it directly because I don't like the smell. No matter how I tried my stomach is always in rollercoaster after drinking it. So now what I'm doing is mixing it in my salad dressing every morning.
