How Long Is A Diet Break On The PSMF Diet?

These are the category 2 guidelines that you should follow (based on the 29% BF you got from the Calculator). The recommended length of the full diet break is 2 weeks.

Personally, I like to stay in ketosis. So I keep my carbs @ 20-25g/day and just increase my protein a little and get the rest of my maintenance calories from fat. It seems counterproductive to have carbs after you are fat adapted. The only exception would be that once you get to a fairly low BF%, if you train hard, there is evidence that CKD or TKD improves performance.

Nice to know because after I loose the weight I’m going to want to start lifting again and gain muscles in certain areas

Try the calculator again, but adjust the waist size until it shows the 29% BF that the Calculator gave you. At 152lbs and 29% BF with weight lifting, I'm seeing 136g/day of protein.
