Hi Lala,Along these lines...how often should we be re-assessing and recalculating with the calculator to make sure our intake numbers are correct according to weight?
Having a free week out of the diet is not bad at all as it is a way to get the body fed with the things that they crave for. I won't stop this diet as I have been on it for a month and a week now.Been on this diet for 4 months now, I have achieved my target weight but I'm still sticking to the diet since I'm used to it and it makes me feel better, although I did modify it to allow myself eating freely once a week, but nothing too much.
Yeah, it helps having controlled days where you get to it the food you want since it allows you to have something to look forward to to continue your diet rather than just strictly prevent yourself from eating anything else and then you eventually lose the motivation to continue your diet because of it.Having a free week out of the diet is not bad at all as it is a way to get the body fed with the things that they crave for.
