Electrolyte

No sugar or sweeteners. No calories. Literally just sodium, potassium, and magnesium. I usually mix this with about 20 oz. of water upon waking up and pre/post workouts. They come in little packets so you can take them anywhere with you. This does not have a sufficient amount of magnesium in it, so you may still have to supplement that which isn't difficult. http://amzn.to/2xP0cb3

Chop beets into dice sized chunks, submerge in 2% salt brine. Let ferment one week. Drink the brine for a salty nutrient dense drink with no cals.

I've always just used beef bouillon cubes. Each one is 5 calories and 960mg salt. I don't really worry about potassium since chicken and broccoli already have a ton of that anyway.
