However, A1 Supplements also focuses on educating their readers by providing many well-written health articles on their site.

These articles are a fun way to learn more about the benefits of their supplements. In fact, I have used these articles in the past to make informed buying decisions. These services are available only from their website. They are free and are a nice expansion on their supplement operation. While not essential for enjoying their services, it is nice to know they are there.

What is the Quality of Their Customer Service?

The service they provide is usually quite excellent. While I’ve had a few mysterious delays when ordering from them, I have always received my products. And even if I’ve been put on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time, I’ve never been disconnected.

One issue did occur when I tried to cancel an order once. It is challenging to figure out how to perform this task, and I couldn’t get a good explanation from anybody on how to do it. While I eventually figured it out, the delay was very frustrating to me at the time.

Pros and Cons of Ordering From A1 Supplements

Before you purchase from this company, it is worth understanding the many pros and cons of working with them. Many of these items are based on my real-world experience with the company. Others have been researched and confirmed after talking to others who have ordered from them. Thankfully, the benefits are more diverse and overwhelming than the negatives.

Ways to Order From A1 Supplements

Most people are going to make an order from A1 Supplements online. I would estimate that they make 90-99 percent of their sales in this way. Shopping with them in this way is relatively easy. All you have to do is use the navigation bar to find a product type that appeals to you. Then, scroll through their options, click on “Add to Cart,” and continue shopping until you are done.

After finishing finding everything you want, click on “Proceed to Checkout” to choose your shipping method. Typically, you need to input your address and a payment method at this point. I suggest registering an account with them if you plan on shopping with them more than once. While you can make a one-time purchase without taking this step, I find it is easier to create an account and avoid having to fill in this information every time you make an order.

Now, you can add a coupon code if you have one. After you confirm your shipping and billing information, click on the”Done” button to place your order. As soon as your money has been received, your items will be shipped from their warehouse. If you make an order before about 1-2 PM EST, you can usually get your order out on the same day. If not, it ships the next day.

Those who aren’t comfortable making an order in this way can instead order by phone. This method requires that you call (888) 324-2758 between 8 AM to 5 PM EST on Monday through Friday. You cannot make an order over the phone by the weekend or if you live outside of the United States. When you call, you must provide the exact name of the product that you want, including its product information number, to ensure your order is accurate.

Once the seller has confirmed you have the right product (and after they finish trying to upsell you on some more items), you give them your credit or debit card information. This data includes the card number, the expiration date, and the security code on the back of the card. After your credit card information has been confirmed, your order is placed and will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Honestly, I don’t suggest making an order by phone with A1 Supplements. It isn’t that their customer service is bad, per se, but there are just so many products from which you can choose. This diversity makes it very easy for you or even them to select the wrong product accidentally. And while you can send it back for a refund, I find it is just easier to order online instead. That said, I have never had an issue with their phone ordering and consider it a reliable option if you, for some reason, cannot make an order online.

What Payment Options are Available?

When buying with A1 Supplements, you have several different payment options. These include the most high-tech types available and some more traditional types. If you are new to online payment or don’t feel comfortable paying in this way, you can always send a money order or check. These paper options take up to 1-2 weeks to process, however, and can delay shipment.

That’s why I suggest going digital and using either credit cards or PayPal. Currently, this supplier accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards. In some instances, they may ask you for more verification and documentation on your request. This situation is rare and occurs only if they are concerned about your order, such as its size or where it is being shipped.

PayPal is probably the easiest option because the money is delivered to them quickly and under DigiCert protection. While their credit card payment system is protected in the same way, PayPal is more instant. However, you cannot buy items that violate PayPal policies. For example, ephedra, prohormone, or HGH products cannot be purchased using this company. Products that involve sex or improving performance are also not allowed.

And if for some reason you want to use wire transfer, A1 Supplements will accept this option. In fact, they sometimes require it if you live in certain high-risk countries, such as anyone who may be hostile towards the US. Doing a wire transfer adds an addition $25 to your order, so I suggest finding another payment method if possible. And remember that they will only ship if they have received your cash.

The Ways Their Supplements Can Improve Your Health

Buying supplements is a tricky game because the success rate of these products will vary greatly. For example, some items will work precisely as advertised or even better. However, others won’t work as well for some people. As a result, it can be hit-or-miss whenever you buy from any supplement supplier. The same is also true of A1 Supplements. And while they cannot be held responsible for inferior products, it does happen from time to time.

Thankfully, I have had a success rate of about 85 percent with this company. That’s because they do a lot of research about what products they sell on their site. Thankfully, as I’ve already indicated, I have rarely had any issues with the products from this provider. While I’ve run into a few stinker products over the years, it hasn’t happened that often. As a result, it is fair to say that a vast majority of the products you can buy here will help you. It is wise, though, to research an individual item before buying it. In this way, you can ensure you get one that is right for you.

You can also order in this way, though it is probably easier to do it online. Though I’ve found myself on hold using this number more than once, I never had to wait excessively long.

If you live outside of the United States, you can also contact their European office in Haslemere, Surrey in the United Kingdom. Their address is 72 High Street, and their business name is American Fitness Wholesalers LTD. Expect a wait of at least two weeks whenever sending a snail mail letter in this way. I’ve found that they do eventually reply, but you’ll have a bit of a wait before getting one.

Final Thoughts 

A1 Supplements is not a perfect supplement provider. Their shipping pricing can be confusing if you live outside of the United States and they change their prices more often than I would like to see. However, I do believe that they are an excellent choice for someone who wants supplements that they can trust. Their selection diversity and range alone make them worth serious consideration.

This company’s quick shipping is a big selling point for me, and I also greatly appreciate how inexpensive their products are when compared to competitor sites. I recommend making one order with them and seeing how it goes. While they might not be the right site for you, I think there is a strong chance that you’ll find something that you like from them.
